To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.

To maintain hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Customized or personalized products
🔁 Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective products
- Size or color issues (if applicable and stock is available)
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange within 3–5 business days.
💰 Refunds
If you choose a refund instead of an exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the product is inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
