🕒 Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be intact.

📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized products

🔁 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Size or color issues (if applicable and stock is available)

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange within 3–5 business days.


💰 Refunds

If you choose a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the product is inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
